Had a solid time at Bossotel! The place is clean and comfy, and the breakfast spread is decent, especially with the egg station. It's super close to the Sathorn pier for boat rides too. Just wish there was more variety at breakfast during our stay.

A good value-for-money-hotel and it has everything it says on the box. Nice staff, nice breakfast and good location. The pool is very small but this is Bangkok centre and at least there is a pool.

pleasant, pleasant, pleasant
I loved the location, just a short walk to Saphan Taksin BTS and surrounded by amazing local eateries. The breakfast was a good mix of Asian dishes and Western options, with a dedicated egg station for your choice of eggs. The room was spacious and had excellent amenities like a fridge and a large TV.
do recommend 😊❤️

The hotel served excellent breakfasts with a wide choice. Meals and drinks were reasonably priced and good quality.
It was not possible to adjust the air con in the bedroom so it was either ON and freezing or off and stifling. We were also a little concerned that some of the staircases just ...stopped. There was an external fire escape but no means of walking to/ from the bedroom.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The quadruple room was spacious and great for our family. Plus, the breakfast spread was good and fresh, with tasty options.
The air conditioning was quite loud during the night, occasionally disturbing our sleep.

The breakfast was fine.
The room was awful because it was infested with ants, but the hotel did not do anything about it. I have traveled to 20 countries this year and this is the worst place I have stayed. In fact it is the worst place I have ever stayed.

The friendliness of the staff has to take priority. Also enjoyed the breakfasts very much. Other points of interest are its closeness to Saphan Taksin station as well as the Chao Phraya river

perfect spot for exploring bangkok's vibrant attractions and parks
This was our fourth stay, and our favorite part is the convenience of being so close to the lively Sathorn Pier for those lovely boat rides along the river and just a quick stroll to the lush Lumphini Park where you can unwind amidst nature. It seemed like home with comfortable beds and delicious breakfast options, made each morning enjoyable and refreshing.

The room size is too small comparing to what i see from the hotel introduction. Also, the toilet doesn't have a bath tub or a fixed area for shower. It only has a place separated by a curtain for showering. Nevertheless, overall the room and toilet are clean and no smell. The aircon is directly blowing to the double bed so it is not so comfortable. The bed is okay and i could sleep well. The message place located on the 2nd floor of the hotel is good. Price is very good and the place is clean and quiet. I will go to that message place next time.
I requested the Receptionist to make a local phone call to a restaurant for table booking, she said it is the hotel policy that she has to charge me Baht 7. I think this is ridiculous as i am the hotel guest. This upset me so I don't think i will stay in this hotel the next time.

The breakfast and other meals we had at the hotel were very nice; the hotel is within a short walk to the skyrail station which enables access to shopping malls. Internet was available for a reasonable price in their 'business centre'. Massages provided in the hotel were good and competively priced. The rooms were comfortable and the air-con worked well.
the hotel is currently being renovated so there was some construction noise but it wasn't too disruptive. the room we had on the 6th floor was in good condition but the hallways were showing their age with water stains and dull paint.

We had a fantastic ferry trip along the Chao Phraya River, just a short walk from the hotel. The staff was friendly and they have arrangements for day trips, which helped keep my large family entertained, including our pet!
My kids wished for a cleaner pool area.

The staff was quite nice. They did a good job trying to keep the place up and looking after customer comfort. The A/C worked well too.
While it is hard to police these things all the time, there is an occasional bug.
